Ingredients
- 2 Pillsbury Crescent Roll Refrigerated Packs
- 1 pack ranch dip mix
- 16 oz sour cream
- diced onion
- diced tomato
- chopped carrots
- chopped fresh broccoli
- chopped green bell pepper
- shredded cheddar
Instructions
- Roll out the crescents onto a cookie sheet with sides (spray or grease pan). If you want a thicker crust, use a 10×15 pan. For a thinner crust, use an 11×17 pan.
- bake it according to crescent package instructions, and allow to cool
- mix sour cream and ranch dip, then spread over crescent crust
- add vegetables in any order as desired
- top with shredded cheddar
