Ingredients
- olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 3 tilapia fish filets
BAJA SAUCE
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
SERVE
- corn tortillas
- shredded cabbage
- sliced avocado or guacamole
- salsa
- sliced limes to squeeze over tacos
Instructions
Preheat 1 to 2 Tbsp olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Mix all spices and sprinkle evenly while rubbing on fish filets. Fry filets 5 minutes on each side. Fish will break apart easily when done. You can double up 2 tortillas to help if they are tearing.
