Ingredients
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 onion
- 1 stick butter
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 can corn, drained
- 2 cans black beans, drained
- 2 enchilada sauce
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans rotel
- 1 rotisserie chicken
Instructions
- saute celery, onion, 1 stick butter
- add remaining ingredients, simmer
