Mexican Fruit Cake

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup 10X sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Mix. Pour into greased 9×13 cake pan. Bake 350 35-45 minutes. After cooling, ice with cream cheese icing.
