Vegetable Soup

  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 small can peas
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 1 roast (cooked and shredded)
  • diced potatoes (4 or 5)
  • fresh carrots (cut up)
  • alphabet letters or star noodles
  1. Cook the roast in the oven (maybe at 375 for 2 hours) in a pack of Lipton beefy onion soup mixed with water.
  2. In a large pot, mix tomato juice, corn, green beans, and peas. Add the potatoes and carrots. Add shredded cooked meat.
  3. Pour the broth from the cooked meat into the large pot with the vegetables.
  4. Cook all of this for about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Then add the noodles or alphabet letters, and cook until they are done - about another 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
