Egg Custard Pie

  • Unbaked pie crust
  • 4 eggs-yolks separated
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbl vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup canned milk

Mix yolks with sugar until blended. Add vanilla. Add milk. In a separate bowl, whisk 4 egg whites and add to mixture. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
