Ingredients
- 1 can corn
- 1 can green beans
- 1 small can peas
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 1 roast (cooked and shredded)
- diced potatoes (4 or 5)
- fresh carrots (cut up)
- alphabet letters or star noodles
Instructions
- Cook the roast in the oven (maybe at 375 for 2 hours) in a pack of Lipton beefy onion soup mixed with water.
- In a large pot, mix tomato juice, corn, green beans, and peas. Add the potatoes and carrots. Add shredded cooked meat.
- Pour the broth from the cooked meat into the large pot with the vegetables.
- Cook all of this for about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Then add the noodles or alphabet letters, and cook until they are done - about another 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
