Protein Balls
For any of these, mix ingredients together, form balls, and refrigerate.
Peanut Butter
- 1 cup dry oatmeal
- 2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes (toast on foil at 375-400 for 2-3 min)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cranberry Pistachio
pulse in blender
- 8 oz chopped dates
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
- pinch of salt
mix after and form balls
- 1-1/2 cups dry old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup shelled pistachio nuts
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
Nutella Hazelnut
pulse in blender then form balls
- 1-1/2 cups dry old-fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts
- 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
