getString(): Symbol definition error

getString(): Symbol definition error. Parsing error near (none):(line xx) 

This error occurred after a fresh install of apache and a new mapserver build when trying to run the Itasca demo. The problem ended up being this line:

WMS_ACCESSCONSTRAINTS none

(should be...)

WMS_ACCESSCONSTRAINTS "none"
