Install/Update Errors

review the log file located at c:\cygwin\var\log\setup.log.full and c:\cygwin\var\log\setup.log
if you can get to a shell, run cygcheck -c to see the status of each package
check the mailing lists at http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/
