Pancakes

Serving Size: 6 pancakes
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp table salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar. Separately whisk milk, egg, and melted butter. When griddle is at desired temperature, add wet ingredients to dry ingredients until blended. Lightly grease griddle or pan once before placing first pancake. Optionally fold in blueberries or other extra items if desired.
