Protein Balls

For any of these, mix ingredients together, form balls, and refrigerate.

mix together and form balls

  • 1 cup dry oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes (toast on foil at 375-400 for 2-3 min)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

pulse in blender

  • 8 oz chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • pinch of salt

mix after and form balls

  • 1-1/2 cups dry old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup shelled pistachio nuts
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips

pulse in blender then form balls

  • 1-1/2 cups dry old-fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts
  • 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
