Blueberry Torte

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1-8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • Cool whip
  • Nuts

Combine egg whites, sugar and cream cheese. Line 9×13 pan with graham cracker crumbs, margarine and sugar. Mix up and press into pan and then put the egg white mixture over that. Bake 25 min at 350. Cool and then put can of blueberry pie filling over that. (Add a little bit of sugar to pie filling) Top with cool whip and nuts.
