White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
- 3 or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 small can chopped green chilis
- 2 cans great northern beans
- 1 can white corn or homony
- 1 can chicken broth
- sour cream (optional)
- shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Put chicken breasts in the crock pot (you can even put them in frozen)
- dump the beans and corn on top of the chicken
- mix the cream of chicken soup, taco seasoning, green chilis and chicken broth; dump this on top of the chicken, beans and corn
- cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours
- take the chicken breasts out, cut into cubes, return to chili and stir
- top with cheese and sour cream if desired
