Ingredients
- 1-2 lb flank steak, sliced very thin against the grain
- 2 bell peppers sliced thin
- 1/2 onion sliced thin
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- kosher salt
- ground black pepper
Instructions
- trim and slice flank steak against the grain, as thin as you can
- place steak as a flat layer (no overlapping) on a foil sheet
- add onions and peppers on top, then all seasonings
- add another layer of foil for a top, and grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes
- serve on toasted sub rolls with provolone and mayonnaise
