Pistachio Salad Cake

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oleo (soft)
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 1 8 oz. pack cream cheese (soft)
  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • 2 packs instant pistachio
  • 3 cups of milk

Mix flour, oleo and nuts together and press into 9×12 pan. Bake 15 min. at 350 degrees. Cool.

Whip together cool whip, cream cheese, and powder sugar and spread on first layer.

Whip pistachio and milk together until thick. Spread on second layer.

Top with cool whip and nuts. Chill.
