Pie Crust (Double)

  • 3 cups flour
  • a dash of salt
  • 3 tbls Crisco (a wad)

Mix with hands until crumbly. Add a little water, keep adding water until able to roll. Flour surface and roll out to desired size. Makes two pie crusts.
