Chicken Gnocchi Soup

Ingredients
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 3 to 4 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 5 stalks celery
- 7 to 8 quartered carrots
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 to 5 cans chicken broth (how much in cups?)
- 1 qt heavy cream
- 1 rotissere chicken (cut in pieces)
- 2 to 3 bags gnocchi (cooked)
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 to 3 tbsp dry basil
- 2 to 3 tbsp dry oregano
Instructions
Saute onion, garlic, celery, and carrots in olive oil. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and chicken; bring to boil. Add cooked gnocchi. Add thyme, basil, and oregano; return to boil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
