Veggie Pizza

  • 2 Pillsbury Crescent Roll Refrigerated Packs
  • 1 pack ranch dip mix
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • diced onion
  • diced tomato
  • chopped carrots
  • chopped fresh broccoli
  • chopped green bell pepper
  • shredded cheddar
  1. Roll out the crescents onto a cookie sheet with sides (spray or grease pan). If you want a thicker crust, use a 10×15 pan. For a thinner crust, use an 11×17 pan.
  2. bake it according to crescent package instructions, and allow to cool
  3. mix sour cream and ranch dip, then spread over crescent crust
  4. add vegetables in any order as desired
  5. top with shredded cheddar
