Gob cake and Icing

  • 1 Swiss Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1 box Instant choc. pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick margarine (cold)
  • 1/2 cup crisco (cold)
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Mix well. Pour in a well greased 9×12 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 min. or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool. Flip out on serving plate with top side up. Cut off top or cake by cutting through the middle of cake. Icing cake and put top back on cake. Keep refrigerated.

Cook milk and flour until thick. Put in refrigerator until very cold.

Mix all remaining ingredients together very well. Then add cold milk and flour mixture and mix very well. Icing cake. Keep in refrigerator.
