Sand Tarts

Ingredients
- 2 # brown sugar
- 1 # butter
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 3 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- lil' vanilla
Instructions
Mix ingredients well. Roll out and cut with cookie cutters into desired shapes. Beat egg and brush on top of cookies. Sprinkle cinnamon or colored sugar. Bake at 375 degrees.
Tips
- make them a little thick so the baked cookies are soft
- unless you are feeding a small army, cutting this recipe in half should be plenty
