-  * Ham hawk with bone-in 
-  * 2 cups flour 
-  * 1 egg 
-  * 3/4 cup milk 
-  * dash of salt 
-  * 1 Tblsp Crisco 
-  * Potatoes

-===== Instructions ===== 
-Boil ham hawk for a few hours until meat starts to fall off bone and a good broth is formed. Remove bone and cube ham into small pieces. In mixer start with 2 cups of flour, add egg, milk, salt and crisco. May need to add more flour,but be careful not to make dough too stiff. Roll dough out and cut into squares. Immediately drop piece by piece into broth so they don't stick. Cube potatoes (as many as you want) and add to pot. Boil about 45 minutes or until potatoes and noodles are done.
