American Hot Pot Fondue

Ingredients
- 8 cups beef broth plus 1 cup water when mixing
- 2-1/2 cups bbq sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's)
- 2 Tbsp horseradish
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1-1/2 to 2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
Instructions
add prep instructions
- leave chicken/beef in at least 4 minutes as fondue is at simmering
- we like filet mignon steak w/ all sides peppered (no salt)
- we like mushrooms, broccoli, and new potatoes - boail potatoes 20 minutes before adding to fondue pot
- we did 1/2 the chipotle mayo recipe
and liked it with the chicken
