-====== VNC Randomly Pauses ======
-This problem began with a new installation of an HP Desktop computer with Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005.  After connecting to this machine via VPN, a VNC session was started.  The VNC session constantly pauses and at times resets before the screen and cursor will respond.  With everything else the same, this issue never occured when the host computer was running Windows 2000.

-FIXME This issue has not been resolved.  Potential resolutions are:
-  * lower the mtu on the client machine
-    * Mac: System Preferences -> Network -> (Connection) -> Ethernet ... Configure=Manually(Advanced), Packet Size(MTU)=1400 or less
-    * Windows: ?
-  * lower the MTU on the client router
-  * lower the MTU on the host router
-  * lower the MTU specifically on the VPN client
