Bring beer, water and vinegar to a boil.
Place shrimp in steamer basket, add salt, and cover 50/50 with Old Bay.
Cover steamer with lid and steam for 3 minutes.
Stir shrimp, flipping to other side. Cover again with salt, and 50/50 with Old Bay.
Cover steamer with lid and steam for 2 minutes. Steam until pink, and be sure to mix once.
Put ice in a bowl, place plastic wrap over the ice, and put the shrimp on top. Serve shrimp cold.
