Mix together your sugar and corn syrup and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add your peanut butter. Stir until smooth and add Rice Krispies. Spread in a buttered 8×13 pan.
Topping: 1 package choc bits 1 package butterscotch bits
Melt and mix together. Spread over the top and chill.
