"Poor Man's Caviar"

===== Ingredients =====
** strain and rinse **
  * 1 can chickpeas/garbanzo beans
  * 1 can black beans
  * 1 can black eyed peas
  * 1 can white corn

** chop and mix in **
  * 3 to 4 green onions
  * 1/2 white onion or 1 small white onion
  * 1 bell pepper
  * 2 to 3 roma tomatoes
  * 2 cloves garlic
  * 1/2 cup fresh parsley or 1/4 cup dried
  * 8 oz italian dressing (plain or zesty)

===== Instructions =====
  - strain and rinse all beans, peas and corn
  - chop and mix in everything else
  - store in fridge overnight before using
