====== Fork Errors ======
Sometimes when using cygwin on Windows 7, one or more programs could fail with errors about resource forks and addresses.  To fix, do this:
  * close all cygwin terminals/programs
  * open a WINDOWS command prompt (start, run, cmd.exe)
  * cd to c:\cygwin\bin, then run ash
  * type /bin/rebaseall
  * start your cygwin terminal and try the faulting program again
